Rob Scott – Operations Director
Rob has 30 years of policing experience in investigation, surveillance, and intelligence-based covert roles. He now leverages his skills in the private sector as a security professional, providing talent acquisition, brand protection, corporate investigations, protection services, stadia consultancy, and strategic planning to professional sports clubs, events, and hotels on a local, national, and international scale. A successful and proven recruiter, Rob has developed strategic partnerships with the police, British forces, and blue light services to create workplace initiatives that provide professional, disciplined, and motivated individuals ready for events
John Forester (FCILT) (B Ed) (PG Cert Bus) – Commercial Director
With a background in board-level positions for multiple PLCs, John brings significant expertise in running businesses. He spent 18 years with DHL Supply Chain as Vice President of Operations, gaining extensive experience in executing large-scale operations for major clients such as Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, NISA, Co-op, and BP Forecourts. An accomplished operator and solution designer, John has a track record of designing and delivering solutions that help improve, benefit, and de-risk businesses.
Chris Oliver – Non Exec Director
Chris began his military career at the age of 16, advancing through the ranks to serve in the elite Special Boat Service (SBS). With extensive expertise in corporate security, close protection, and executive safety, he retired from the military in 2015. Currently, he holds the position of Vice President of Security at a leading blue-chip company and has recently joined the cast of the television series “SAS: Who Dares Wins.” Chris is now part of the Inner Circle team, where he is set to lead the VIP Protection division.
Shaun Lavender Cert Ed ADI NEBOSH– Head Of Training
Shaun’s early career was in the British Armed Forces, the police force and close quarter protection, which make him ably qualified, to lead our selection, training and deployment agenda. With a deep network built over years of service in the safety and training industry. Shaun ensure that the people we select, and train are the best in the field. His focus on H&S, business reputation, and asset security, guarantees that only top-tier talent is provided and are highly trained to our clients needs.
Martin Young – Head Of Security
With 34 years of distinguished service in the U.K. Military and Law Enforcement, Martin is an experienced International Liaison Officer and has developed a comprehensive skill set in both reactive and proactive investigations, crisis management, negotiation, intelligence analysis, operations management, and covert technical operations.
